If you collected C forms and submitted to company alongwith purchase order then you must be having some acknowledgment/record..................................or company might have sent some acknowledgment to customer......

You may deny to accept that any C form is with you.

You have been terminated.

Your lawyer may opine that you shall be covered by the def. of 'Employee' as in (name of the state) Shops and Commercial establishments Act and lodge claim with Inspector appointed under this Act, 'Workman' as in ID Act.............................., ............................. can stake claim  for retrenchment compensation.......................and that as per break up of wages/salary you can lodge complaint with Inspector under Payment of Wages Act also.....................

Approach Employee's/Trade Unions leaders and your Labor Law Consultant/service matters Lawyer....
