Myself Bommala Purna Chandar from Vijayawada AP.Iam here to take your valuable suggestion for the process of Gazette:surname and father name correction procedure.i was born in vijayawada when i was born my parents forgot to get my birth certificate.later my father got a private job in chennai our family shifted to chennai there i studied upto 5th class there my name is entered in school records as my father name as surname i.e., Purna Chandar Manohar where my father name is G.Manohar .Later My father got a job in Andhra Pradesh and we again shifted to AP.i joined in school for 6th class they entered my name as it is whatever which is entered in 5th class actually my parents dont know about the problem which is going to come in future.now i completed my ssc,intermediate and btech from vijaywada still my name in all certificates is Purna Chandar Manohar and my father name is G.Manohar.Sir actually my parents are studied upto 10th class in good olden days. so they dont know about the problem going to arise for their childrens and we belong to SC community. Sir after completing my graduate i approched my SC community association in vijayawada i got the letter pad from our community association that i belong to Scheduled Caste with that i applied for caste certificate from MRO office in vijayawda finally i got my caste certificate(permanent) having name as Bommala Purna Chandar s/o:Bommala Manohar and sir i too have the voter id card, driving license, bank pass book having name as Bommala Purna Chandar s/o:Bommala Manohar.My father and mother also having voter id card with their respective name as: Bommala Manohar &Bommala Tirumaleswari.So, finally iam requesting to give your valuable suggestion for the process of Gazette:surname and father name correction procedure and do the needful Thanking You Sir.
