General power of attorney

Dear Moderators,

If three joint owners of a real property give general power of attorney to a person to sell the property and if one of the principals dies in the interim, does that automatically cancel the general power of attorney or is the gen. power of attorney still valid?

If one  GPA Person died - The Power Automatically cancel.
