my grandmother receiving around 50k/month(at present) as rents(getting rents from 40yrs).
where the property has inherited from ancestors.
till now she doesn't have a pan card, no bank account.
now her age is approximately 92 years.
problem:
1. what will be the problem if any one give complaints
of non-filing of income tax
2. does IT department take any legal action against my grandmother.....?
3. please guide me to help my grand mother....?
