General Power Of Attorney  u can cancel by public notice and notarize the cancellation deed and Irrevocable General Power Of Attorney u can not cancel If u like cancel this u can go to court and court pass a order for that.

dear kumar

irrevocable power of attorney IGPA  cannot be cancelled in any manner in case if the executant or attorney expire the IGPA and GPA automaticaly cancelled and if the power transfer in IGPA for particular purpose is done by the attorney then after the said IGPA is invalid.
