Dear sir.
To recover the gratuity amount court had send the document to the district collector to recover the amount from his immovable property . DM sent this file to SDM . Sub divisional magistrate order to the tehsildar to attached the property and tehsildar sent to the Sub divisional magistrate by attaching the property . Now more than 2 month have passed .
Can you inform me what is the next procedure ?
How long SDM may take time to auction the attached property ?
