First let me thank all those who are giving there advices.
I had worked from 1-04-2009 to 9-12-2016 tenure of total 7 Years 8 Months.
Appointment letter dated: 1-04-2009 Salary rs. 8000/- (Basic rs.5000 + TA 1500+Food Alllowance 1500) after 3 months rs.9000 paid.
Last Salary received dated: to 9-12-2016 Gross Salary 26,000/- (basic 9100 + DA 4550 + Dearness Pay 4550 + HRA 6006 + Conveyance 1794)
How will Gratuity be calculated the owner divided the gross salary to HRA & Conveyance to avoid paying his share of provident fund contributions? I have my own house but never wanted to question why he was dividing the salary.
Now that I have resigned the job worried about the gratuity payment please guide how much I will paid.
