I serviced in a registered comapany for 4 years and 11 months and my last date of service was 2nd Sept 2016. My gratuity is still not settled, after many followups, I have been informed that the dcouments where sent to LIC on 28th September and now it has passed 64 days but still the settlement is not done. How should I take it forward, sending an email and waiting for their reply is not woring out.
Need a legal advise to fix this issue and the supporting documents for my reference to speak with the organiztion.
