Dear Sir,
One of GST Inspector is involved in huge corruption and issuing unnecessary notices or makes pressure on traders of my area. They are very irritated due to this specific inspector corrupt activities.
Some of them are known to me and hence I want to check works done by this inspector and documents dealt by him so that I will collate documents etc to prove his wrong doing.
I am ready to collect records and registers copies of that circle of commercial tax office in madhya pradesh.
Request your help to please let me know name of records and registers maintained by a commercial tax circle, specially those records or registers or official documents which are maintained for proceedings done by GST Inspector, I will check and require those documents through RTI and fetch any wrong doing to report same to appropriate authorities
