I want your guidence with regard to the new DC rule laid down by Mumbai muncipal corporation for redevelopment of building.If my exsisting carpet area is 260 sq.ft and builder is offering 30 % more on the existing area is it a correct offer or whether it should be more.The offer includes flower bed as well as dry bed etc.The comittee is not allowing the members to have interaction with architect appointed by the society.Pl give me guidence in this regard
