Dear Lawyers,
I have my own agri land with area of 6.5 Ha in our panchayat limit in Nagapattinam Dt., the land owners of sorrounding of my land(three sides of my land was covered by other land, one side of my land was water canal) were sold their land to a party, Since i was not willing to sale my land the party threaten me to sell the land, other wise no way(path) will be provide for me in future for my accessing of land for agriculture. what the step i've to proceed next.
1)Is there any difficulties in without selling my land? because all other sides were covered by them.
2) Is it advicable to sell the land even it is very cheap rate?
3) can i get any way of protection for my land (for way) like stay or else?
Please help me..
