Dear Experts,
Need clarification on the following points :
1. Got appointment on 27.04.10 in a public school @ Rs.5000/- per month. But after repeated requests, no appointment letter has been provided.
2. School has deducted Rs.5000/- as security deposit from the salary without clarifying the same during appointment.
3. Not paying salaries on time. Payment is being made after 2 months.
Need advise on the following points :
1. The school is in Delhi. Is it mandatory for the school to register under Delhi Shops & Establishment Act?
2. Can RTI be filed with Ministry of Labour & Employment for getting the records of employees and their salaries? as no evidence is there to show that the concerned is employed.
3. Want to resign but school not providing the recieving on the resignation letter. Thus again not able to prove that am employed with that school.
4. Which Acts apply to public schools viz. Payment of Wages Act, Shops and Establishment Act, ESIC Act, EPF Act, Income Tax Act, Societies Act etc to grip the school for taking out my Security Deposit and remaining salary.
Please help in above matters or advice with new ideas
