Dear Sirs,
I filed IA under Family Courts Act for interim Custody for my son in 2007 and it was dismissed in FC in Aug 2011. Subsequently of my filed, CRP along with IA for visitation till disposal of the CRP, which is pending before High Court Chennai for the past 3 months. Only once it came up for hearing and the judge upon my request, granted orders to visit my son on the day of his birthday at their place.
It is almost 45 days and nothing happened after my visit. When enquired about the status of my temporary visitation, my counsel says the case is not listed. In the meanwhile, the Judge got transferred.
What should i do to get my case listed and heard immediately ?
How can i get visitation to my child (8 years boy) instantly?
Needless to add, the other side is having ample time to brainwash my son against me. The delay only reminds me of the principle "Justice delayed is Justice denied".
