Highcourt banch

This problem is there for every border towns. However, the district bar can give a representation to have a circuit bench in the near by city.  

UP is already having two benches one at Allahabad and another at Lucknow.

i dont think UP is such a big state now, after formation of Uttranchal, that another bench is provided to it.

may be Delhi is a bit nearer place but how can another state High Court exercise jurisdiction on other state.
