My mother died in my sibling's home. However, I am estranged from my sibling and she never provided me with any information about circumstances of death/time of death etc. I own land jointly with my mother. So i approached the hosptial for medical records and form 4A/death letter. They refused to provide it to me, stating that it would only be provided once as an original and I could not even get a copy. Is this standard procedure?
