How can a agent or attorney withdraw his authorization made under form TM-48 ?
Is he has to made in form TM-16 or just plain letter to registrar of trade marks ?

IT is better to file aletter in plain paper signed by the applicant revoking the power of authority given to you with your endorsement at the bottom agreeing to the revocation.By this procedure the new attorney can safely take up the case if it is handed over to him.

You must first obtain a reporting no instruction duly signed by the previoius legal counsel and then you must submit another form 48 with the details of the new attorney representing the case.
