Dear sir could you please tell me how can I get the attested copies of the documents submitted by my neighbour from Municipal office as he is constructing without following the rules. Under which rule of RTI Act I can get all the documents submitted by him. such as Sale Deed, Urban Land Ceiling permission letter and building plan. Kindly reply ASAP.
