What is the way to know that the society in which I have my shop is registeted under the societies act ?
my society is named as "F-Type Flat Owners Association". I would like to know if this particular society is registered under the societies act.
is there any kind of association act ?
if so, who is the registrar for thane / navi mumbai region ?
may i know ?
