how to indemnify ourselves against property fraud
i have taken up aprtment in a building about 3 years back, now reports of fraud loan by forging documents multiple registration happened by fraudster/bankofficals/govt officials invovlment. I have taken loan from bank and till date only my name is reflecting in Encumbernce certificate.
Kindly suggest ASAP

File a FIR against all persons involved in the fradulant act under section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC.
