How to recover my land property when someone cheated me?

Start with initial basic requirements to build a case aginst the realtor;

Step 1: Get all info about his name, address, office, family and friends and since how long he has been  not seen at these places.

Step 2: Collect all receipts or any other evidence of your payments to this realtor...check copies, bank transfers etc.

Step 3: Do you have anything in writing that the monies you paid was paid to buy a plot?

Once you have all evidence with you, consult with a lawyer showing him all available evidence and facts.
