I was terminated for personal grudges

Hi,

I worked for a BPO in Faridabad. I was terminated for the personal grudges of the manager. They have issued a penalty of $4746 which is around INR 300000. They did not pay me salary for the month and have adjusted my salary and full and final settlement against the amount. Now they are demanding the rest of INR 213000 and said if I do not pay it, they will not give me the paperwork.

I want to go legal against the company. Can someone suggest

You have not given any details as to why company gave you a penalty to pay up. You need to catch hold of a Advocate locally who deals with labour matters and see what can be done.

Visit a very able counsel specialzng in Labor/service matter along with copy of appointment letter issued to you, service rules/ conduct and displine rules mentioned in it, show cause notice, your reply, speaking order for pealty,termination order, FnF statement etc
