If not going to lok adalat or 3 mediations...???

There is a false case filed against me to extract money. Opponents are criminal basically but I dont have strong proof to prove that. They dont like to go to court from starting itself and force me to come to police station to talk about this issue. I suspect some of the police also helping them. So I didnt go to station and applied bail. The opponent disagree to give bail and requested to court to go to clear the issue by Lok Adalat and court granted as well.

If it is so, I dont like to go to Lok Adalat since they are threatening me like if I am not OK for their deal, then i will be catch by police/rowdies and i will be affected like anything.

I like to solve this issue by court with lawyer arguments and not in Lok Adalat. I have some evidence to prove that they are bad and I am good and hope I can do this.

So If i am not going to lok adalat or 3 mediation continuously, what will happen? What will be the problem?

There is no problem, mediation or Lok adalat settle the matter amicably but if one party is not ready to settle the matter in mediation or Lok Adalat then nobody can force him/her to do that. the mediation will failed and the matter return to Main court. then fight the case on merit.

Thank a lot Nadeem for your reply. Your answer makes me understand the outcome of not going to Mediation/Lok adhalat.

Few more questions...

1. Should I appear for Lok Adalat/Mediation when I got call from court? or can I ignore the the call without going to participate in Lok Adalat/Mediation as I dont like to participate?

2. Should I inform by any way to Lok Adalat/Mediation that I am not OK to participate and willing to handle this through court only?
