This is Sanjana Rao. I have few issues with my son's birth certificate. I have tried to list them down as below. Please help.
1) My name is Sanjana Rao. Whereas on my son's birth certificate, it is mentioned as Shalini Rao Naik.
2) My husband's official name is Sooraj Mahesh Naik as per all his proofs that he holds but on my son's birth certificate, it is mentioned as Sooraj Naik.
We have not updated spouse's name yet on any of our passports. Will this be any issue for my son's certificate ? How do we go about updating the correct names on our son's certificate ?
Please help. It is urgent.
