Dear Experts,
Would like to know how to proceed via court to obtain the emails, chat logs and call logs from the following weblinks : Gmail, Facebook.
Also need information to obtain the whats app chat logs also.
Kindly provide the procedure to obtain the same via court . I am on a mission to save my family from a false 498a mess .
Appreciate your help in saving on family.

Both Facebook and Google is having Centers/Offices in India (Hyderabad) and they have to obey the law of land. You can summon the concerned offices through the court of Law under Section 91 Cr.P.C to get your logs.

The logs can be made available for LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES only.If the case is already pending under 498A you can ask for this required evidence through proper procedure.
