My flat is registered as 1st name -myself & 2nd name of brother. Now with mutual agreement we want to remove brother's name & insert wife's name. Do we have to pay again stamp duty & registation charges? Requested to inform best & most economical way to do the transection. If Release deed or Gift deed or Rectification deed is the solution Or just remove the name & nominate wife with 100% share in the Co.Op.Hsg.Society.
