Dear Sir/ Madam,
Mr D. Mishra was working with M/S Sanofi Pasteur India till 08/05/2008 and later on, he joined Zydus Cadila, Ahmedabad. He was supposed to receive the amount of 2, 67,607 including his interest through R.O., South Delhi.
Since Aug 2008, he has requested so many times to get the amount in his new PF account with Zydus by duly filled in Form 13A but somehow transfer could be possible only during 2012 to a wrong account (EPF, Ahmedabad instead of "Cadila Healthcare Ltd., Managerial Cadre EPF").
As a result of several follow up, the basic PF amount was transferred only in 2014. But till date the applicant has not received the PF interest.
