I had appeared in a company ( govt undertaking) for the post of counsellors. the number of post Management Trainee ( Administration) were advertised 100. among them 18 post were for counsellors.
in written exam, 400 candidates were selected for intervew.
I appeared in interview. I kept checking the website of company. after nine months when result was not declared. I filed RTI on company.
then first time I got to know that result was declared and not published in any newspaper nor displayed on website.
only 13 cadidates were selected out of them 3 candidates were selected for the counsellor.
the post of counsellor was meant for dealing with pschological problems of employee.
but in the interview none of the question was asked from mental health issues.
there was none of expert related to psychology/psychiatry/ other mental health profession.
here my queries are
(1) whether non -declaration of result on public media is unlawful?
(2) whether non-inclusion/ non-presence of any mental health professioanal in interview is unlawful, especially where mental health professional was going to bee recruited
(3) whether sudeen decrease of number of vacant position without giving any reason on website /public media is unlawful?
(4) a huge number of candidates were involved in the hope of 100 posts, while only 13 post were filled. a huge number of candidates were mentally harrassed. is not unethetical?
