Sir, I want to know is the legal heir's are responsible for the debt made by the persons out side the bank.
And legal heir does not have any properties.
Is the court take any action on legal heir.
the deseased person is a govt employee
as wife get pension and son get fathers job is court give any action on pension or on son salary

The bank can bring attachment of only imnovable properties owned or inherited from borrower. Neither pension nor salary of others can be attached through Court.
If the dependant signed as co-obligant and is having assets or regular income the position may change.
