sometime back there was a new,as a judicial reform ,where it said that each judge will be assigned a unique number to assess the performance of the judges.
has that been implemented. how to get the uniq number of the district court judge.?
from a advocate standpoint, do you see the move making any effect in the way the cases,especcialy civil suits that are know to take decades, are progressing since the announcment of such move.
