After declaration of election executive and politicians have to follow code of conduct, a vice chancellor is prohibited from making appointments in last 6 months of his tenure, ....... .
Should there be a code of conduct for judges disallowing judicial work within last 6 months of their tenure and engage them on administrative side or for making policy for judicial reforms?
