My Father is UDC in Rajasthan Sale tax, Dept. My father should be promoted in current 2 list of Officer assistant. My father job serial no 122. but promotion is not done in 2 list. Juniors from my father are promoted. my father is senior from them. but name is out from promtion employee list. what can we do ?

Sorry sir , It was my mistake . Sir I want so say that 2 list which mean - 2 promotion list issued by department and my father's name not mentioned in these list . my father's ACR (Annual work record ) is clear , my father suffering from mental problem , promotion not done by govt. it was depatment mistake how wecan improve this mistake . sir I sending my father's all document related to this matter and also sending 2 promotion list in which , my father's name is not mentiond but junior employees are prompted in this promotion lists
