If a person has been charged with both Protecton of Children from Sexual Offences Act(POCSO) and Sceduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Which court can conduct trial of the case. Because, both the act says that trial of the case registered under the act has to be conducted in special courts designated for trial of that particular offence coming under particular Act??
