Hi, Does Karnataka High Court has the jurisdiction to hear cases against Directorate General of Civil Aviation? Or should the case be filed in Delhi High Court?
I am having several issues with Directorate General of Civil Aviation regarding my pilot license issue. An errant officer has rejected my application for license issue despite having met all the requirements.
Please guide me on how I can take up this issue legally. Any help would be much appreciated.
