Hello, I have started a hosiery factory in Ludhiana, punjab 1 month ago in 1 room of my home. Right now only 3 people are working for us ( 1 tailor and 2 Hand Flat Knitters) . Our factory is in green industry category.
Today 2 labor officers came for inspection. I was not in factory . They called me for meeting to their office next week. I have no idea of labour law. Does it apply even for operations with less than 5 people ? Please advise.
