Dear Experts,
I work as a Consultant to a Principal Contracting company, the company is into construction of factory building and the company's agencies (subcontractors) deploy labour force on the construction activities. As a Principal Contractor, company collects 1% labour cess from customers - but don;t know where to remit the same. Any references or ideas about this procedure - where & how remit the cess collected. Thanks in advance for the responses.
