I am prasad and i have purchased a plot at srirangam in trichy at tamil nadu.
My dad without my consultation has laminated the sale deed :-(
Will it be a problem in future for sale or for getting loans from bank or getting a approval of the build plan ?
Please help, i am totally scared. Can i get duplicate copy of the sale deed??
