A family is looking after a land which was given to them by a land owner about 40 years back. No legal documents were prepared at the time of discussions. Since then, the concerned land owner has not approached this family for any negotiations or to take back the land. The owner has all the original documents in his name with him.
Now, the land owner has demanded a snum of amount to transfer the land in this family's name. The family is not in a position to give the amount and requesting the concerned owner to prepare the documents in their name as they have been using this land since last 40 years.
