I Rajkumar Sharma, R/o Jaipur-Rajasthan, wants to purchase agriculture land in Uttarakhand. Whereas laws in Uttarakhand say that Non Resident cannot buy agriculture land in Uttarakhand more than 250 sq.mt. please suggest me a way out on the same. I want to purchase more than 10,000sq.mt land there for farming purpose.
