I allowed my brother to construct an apartment on top oo my house but with specific exclusion of any rights to land or the terrace. Now the relationship has soured and i told him if he needs any rights to the land he has to pay the proportional value based on market price. He is threatening to go to court. Do I have the right for compensation.
