My question in this contest is that if a person got a PATTA to his property,he is holding 8 acres of land, 2 acres but his boundaries to this land is the total of 8 acres,ie , according to government detail he is holding 2 acers of land only but he is actualy holding 8 acres if this area is calculated correctly.How can this person sell his 8 acres of land as fragments and how will be PATTA be evaluated for the new buyer.
Please discribe me on this.Will i get Patta for the remaining illegal land as i dont have any land in my name and my wife too.Please reply
