Laws related to apartment deed

In pune,we have stand alone building of 9 flats

apartment deed is done

now tenant is in flat

problems

1) me or tenant both not informed for socity meetings

2) upper floor flat made damage to lower flat ,compainted to chairman ,they not taking actions

3) monthly 600 rs maintence is given ,but now we stopped giving it,there no reccipt or proof for same

how we can validate socity is legal, and how to solve this issue?

Give a complaint to the registrar office, Cooperative department. The Department of Cooperation will regulate and monitor the activities of Cooperative Societies to ensure their democratic function and to protect the interests of the members of the Cooperative Societies as provided in the Cooperative Act.Cooperative Societies are Organizations that are registered under one of the Cooperative Societies Acts.

Write a plain letter to the Chairman w.r.t to your complaint ask for redressal and to supply a copy of byelaws of the society. This would clarify as regards the Registration of the Society. If still no response inform them that you may resort to courts of law. I hope this may resolve your problem.
