Hello Experts,
I would like to know if the occupier of the factory is a director of pvt. ltd company and if there has been a 99 years lease agreement between GIDC and the company, then if there is a change in shareholding to a third party, is the lease valid. If so, is there any consent letter to be obtained?

you need to check the lease deed between the GIDC and the said compamy. the terms of the said lease shall determine whether the company has a right to transfer the lease or not. if yes, then what are the pre-conditions whcih needs to be complied with.
