I have been approached by an establishment to lease out the land for a period of 15 years. The lessee shall construct a building on the property and the building would be registered under the establishment name.
In such scenario, would I face any issues to evict the lessee on expiration of the lease period. If so, will adding any clause in the contract or any waivers of rights from the lessee would help in getting legal eviction.
