Leave & License

Dear All,

I have received an offer from reputed listed company for leave and license agreement. The company is redeveloping one project and they are giving accomodation to their owners.

Now my problem is I need to do LLA with company only and not with the person who will actual tenant. Moreover the actual tenant is also not in employment or officer of the company.

So is there is any declaration is requiered from the actual tenant or any further agreement is needed with that tenant?

Dear Patel,

For execution of LLA, in your case, if a person on behalf of Co. is signing, then you obtain a proper Authorisation letter from Co. and the same should be signed by some high official like Director etc of the Co.  There is no need of any other agreement required.  You enclose the authorisation letter as a part of document (i.e. LLA).

IN YOUR CASE NO AGREEMENT OR DECLARATION IS REQUIRED. COMPANY HAS TO PASS A RESOLUTION IN ORDER TO APPOINT ANYBODY TO REPRESENT  THE COPMPANY.
