I am having a query there is a Telephone exchange steel cupbord in front of my home which is hurdle for me to park my vehicle can i request to bsnl authorised person to shift it 2-4 sq feet? if yes than what is the step & whom should i contact .

Can I approach Vigilance and anti-corruption Bureau with regard to illegal trespassing and construction by Cochin Devaswom board on our land. Also on an unregistered samithi flourishing under the said Devaswom Board for collecting public donations.
