Sir,
my father passed away recently in coimbatore .My mother and her two sons ( including me )have to apply for legal heirship .certificate .
However I have been informed that the name of my father has to be removed from the ration card before processing for legal heirship certificate .The ration card name removal itself is pending since two weeks .
Is there a faster way to get the legal heirship certiificate ?
