The Kazi after holding the first sitting of a divorce case is not proceeding further,under the influence of the opposite party. the first hearing of the case was held by him on 9-1-2009.Since then he is not responding to any requests and petitions sent through regisered post and fax.How can I send a legal notice to Govt. registered, Kazi court, without the involvement of an Advocate?
