My matter was last listed in Karnataka High Court on 16th January 2024 in which it was stated to list the matter after 2 weeks. But even after the passage of 8 months since the last hearing matter has not been listed.
Can I apply for an early listing of the matter? Kindly guide.

You can give a request letter to the registrar of high court to post the matter in the early listing
