Loan agreement deed

hi sir,

my name is pradeep.recently i applied for a loan of 50000 in hindustan private loan company.i submitted only my adhar card and bank account detals.they approved the loan.they saying that to insure the loan amount by paying 8000 rupees.after payment they will credit the loan amount into the bank acc with in 45minitues.they attached following documents.please check this and let me know the issue
