Loss of original cheque after filling case and verification

Dear Sir, I am a complainant in N.I.Act case and I lost original cheque after filling the case, verification and summing order to accused. At the time of filling affidavit original cheque is misplaced than I filled affidavit with photocopy of cheque. Please help us give some supportive judgment Supreme court and High court in favor of me.
